Responsibilities
- Promote & sell credit sure plus insurance plan
- To achieve individual sales targets.
- To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers and fellow staff.
- To continuously think ahead and help to develop solutions to emerging problems
- To continuously suggest ways in improving the team as a whole
- To actively tele-market the Bank's products to customers to generate sales revenue.
- To call company provided leads or customers.

- Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.30pm)

- Up to $3,500 + incentives + commission + PB
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Highly persuasive and comfortable with handling customer’s objections
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Willing to learn and apply new techniques to improve skillsets
- To service all cancellation related requests, striving to retain the customers
- Flexibility with extended working hours
- CMFAS qualification requirements in M5 and M9 is compulsory
- Minimum qualification requirements with a full GCE A Level certificate or Poly Diploma holders
