The Admin Assistant handles all relevant administrative support for tenants residing in dormitories.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Manage residents’ information including check in/out of resident, allocation of room/bed for residents and update door list
- Upkeep of master list of all residents, Maintain accurate and timely update of residents' master profile
- Prepare residents’ reports
- Monitor residents’ work pass expiration
- Process delivery orders (DOs) and invoices
- Prepare purchase requisition for hardware and stationery
- Update maintenance schedule and contract expiry
- Keep records of dormitory defects, rectifications and costs.
- Provide monthly maintenance report
- Monitor dormitory utilities usage
- Assist in general administrative duties like attendance recording, despatch arrangement & leave management
Requirements
- Min 1-2 years of experience preferably in dormitory operations, security or facility management related field
- Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Basic office administration process
