Job Description:
- Coordinate with cross-functional department such as Production, Procurement, Quality and Logistics to ensure material released and available for production orders.
- Ensure PO issued timely for required on time delivery to site, resolve supplier service level and invoice issues.
- Responsible for inventory coverage management, optimization to reduce obsolescence.
- Support new product launches by reviewing all available information to determine what to buy, when and in what quantity.
- Support annual materials planning and budgeting.
- Monitor delivery lead-time and leading indicators to support materials availability, optimal coverage, obsolescence.
- Ensures line of sight and visibility to Procurement Annual Strategic Buying Plan and Pricing, management of suppliers and ensuring reliable supply.
- Ensure all SOPs assigned are up to date and optimizing business processes and comply to Good Manufacturing Processes and in alignment to corporate standard.
- Support documentation and administrative works.
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
