Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with construction team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender.
- Source potential tenderers/subcontractors and send out invitation for RFQs.
- Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage.
- Coordinate post-tender interviews between tenderers,construction team, QS team and contracts team.
- Assist contracts manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order.
- Assist contracts team in administration of subcontracts.
- Handle payment request received from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by Contracts Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Survey, Purchasing/Procurement, Business, Engineering.
- 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying and sub-contract administration of Construction Project.
- Possess the relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Contract/Construction Law.
- Experience with large-scale process related construction project is preferable Independently.
