We are seeking a highly experienced Part-Time Business Account Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Chatard account management or senior business account management, along with a strong background in auditing, investment analysis, and business strategy.
*Requirements:*
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business stratigraphy, with a focus on analyzing business structures and financial data.
• Proven track record in advising on business restructuring, repositioning, and redesign to optimize financial performance.
• Experience in working with Private Equity firms for business sales and acquisitions.
• Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing financial figures and data to make informed business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively advise senior management.
Job Responsibilities:*
• Conduct thorough analysis of businesses' financials and operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Advise on restructuring, repositioning, and redesigning strategies to enhance financial performance and market positioning.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior management during weekly Zoom meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement recommended strategies and monitor progress towards financial goals.
• Liaise with Private Equity firms to facilitate the sale of businesses when appropriate.
