We are expanding and inviting qualified candidates to apply for HR & Admin Executive with our company.
Duties and responsibilities:
- In charge of processing payroll for company (white and blue-collar).
- Manage Time Attendance and Leave modules of HR system.
- Handle all pay-related matters.
- Prepare necessary reports for management and inter-departments.
- Draft notices and letters for employee and company.
- Provide secretarial support to Director.
- Other tasks as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Experience in processing full cycle of payroll and reporting payroll tax.
- Well versed in Employment Act and Income Tax regulations.
- Familiar with using HR system, MS Excel and Word.
- Good command of English.
- Secretarial experience preferred.
