Responsibilities
• Work with users to understand requirements
• Work with suppliers to develop a comprehensive solution
• Work within a team responsible for implementing IT infrastructure projects involving servers, security or network administration
• Diagnose and resolve issues relating to servers, security or network equipment
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Support project manager to ensure that the deliverables are met
• Actively participate in project reviews and post mortems with the goal of ensuring that quality goals are met and improvements identified and implemented
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience in Cyber Security (i.e. Privilege Access Manager (PAM), Hardware Security Module (HSM), RHEL WSUS Patch Manager, Centralized Log System etc) has added advantage
• Knowledge and experience in Oracle Database have added advantage.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware and software preferred (e.g. VxRail, VMware, AD, firewall or network equipment (Cisco, Alcatel Lucent) configuration)
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Willing to learn and shows good attitude, agile and able to handle additional roles
• At least 3 years of working experience in the Information Technology industry as a system or network administrator
• Shall have experience in liaising with the user and vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.
