Admin assistant

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in checking whether delivery orders and invoices are consistent with the system
- Arrange delivery order numbers
- Data entry and document organization
- Answer the phone (basic English)

Job Requirements:
-Willing to learn and able to work independently.
-Delicate and careful


5.5 working days

Mon - Fri 9.30am - 7.30pm

Sat 9.30am - 3.30pm
