Responsibilities
Provide support primarily in company's transactions, capital raisings, and teams restructuring with a focus in Ship Finance.
- Aid in business plan creation and marketing material development, including presentations and information memorandums.
- Assist in due diligence processes.
- Conduct extensive and in-depth research on companies and industries.
- Contribute to developing and implementing ideas for clients.
- Create and maintain financial models and perform financial analyses.
- Communicate with clients and capital providers.
- Support senior staff with various tasks.
Requirements
- At least 1 - 2 years of financial modelling experience in the banking/refinancing industry.
- Non-experienced candidates with relevant internship/other work experience will also be considered.
- Great proficiency in financial modelling.
- Familiar with MS Office suits in particular Excel.
- Comfortable with going on overseas business trips when required.
