The essential responsibilities of the incumbent include:

  • Respond to customers’ enquiries via the respective Customer Service touch points like hotline, email and social media
  • Work with different departments within the organisation on service recovery for case closure at customer’s level
  • Update and record the customers information via internal customer information system.
