Job Title: Clinical Psychologist (Contract)

We are seeking qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologists to join our team on a contract basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide online therapy sessions to clients seeking mental health support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide evidence-based psychological interventions in a remote setting.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with our team of psychologists, counsellors, and other wellness professionals to integrate counselling into clients' holistic treatment plans.
  2. Conduct online therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing platforms.
  3. Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
  4. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and other modalities as appropriate.
  5. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
  6. Offer support and guidance to clients as they navigate challenges and work towards improved mental well-being.
  7. Stay abreast of current research and developments in the field of clinical psychology.
  8. Participate in regular supervision sessions and professional development activities as required.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum of a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field from a recognized university.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical psychology services
  3. Registered psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society (SRP)
  4. Able to commit to a minimum of 10 consultation sessions per week
  5. Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to individuals with a variety of mental health concerns.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients in an online setting.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Proficiency in using online therapy platforms and other digital tools for remote work.
  9. Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards of conduct.
  10. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to accommodate client schedules.
  11. Possession of valid working permits that allow employment in Singapore.
