Job Description
- Position: Assistant Procurement Executive
- Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,700
- Working Location: Tuas
- Island Wide Company Transport Provided
- Outpatient Medical & Dental Insurance Provided
- Duration: 1 Year Contract
- Industry: Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage supply chain function for consumable products/ direct material inventories.
- Responsible for sales order intake, planning of delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery & commitment to customers' requests.
- Prepare Procurement Plan base on on-going forecast and demand.
- Manage vendors to ensure timely delivery base on delivery or shipment plan.
- Source, negotiate and purchase material for project management.
- Responsible to compile and prepare sales & purchase data on a monthly basis.
- Point of contact for Project management/ Operation Support.
- Assist in Automation Project such as Macro / Visual Basic / Python Programming write up.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- No prior experience is required as on the job training will be provided.
- Interested in operation improvement / transformation related task.
- Possessed good IT knowledge.
