Job Scope:
Manage BIM deliverables including models, execution plans, clash detection reports, quality control plans, and design review procedures.
Lead technical team in all BIM operations, from project setup to troubleshooting model issues, ensuring timely delivery for client reviews and submissions.
Develop project-specific BIM execution plans and coordinate resolution of operational issues with other consultants.
Ensure adherence to quality and standards in BIM workflows and deliverables by the project team.
Review and recommend improvements for BIM supporting infrastructure and software within the office.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 -10 years relevant experience
Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
Diploma or Degree in Architecture / BIM or equivalent
