Job Scope:
- Lead project teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion, meeting client and authority specifications.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from design through to completion.
- Enhance architectural services through continuous workflow improvement.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to encourage ongoing collaboration.
- Facilitate new business procurement efforts.
- Mentor and supervise team members' training and development.
- Provide leadership and guidance in achieving project goals.
Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of 5 -10 years of pertinent experience as a project architect.
- Holds a Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Proficient in software tools including AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Enscape.
- Experience in Residential Projects will have added advantage
