Administrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Assist with company daily administration, procurement and general office management, including but not limited to screening of phone calls, reception duties, ordering of pantry supplies and stationery, upkeep of printer functionality, and arranging of local and overseas courier
  • Arrangement of flight and accommodation for colleagues
  • Assistance in upkeep of records and mails, which includes but not limited to filing, organizing and scanning of documents and other administrative work
  • Managing of calendars
  • Assist PA on ad-hoc items for Managing Director
  • Running of errands for the office when required


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferably one-year experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Personal Qualities & Attributes:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with people at different levels
  • Committed and able to work in a team
  • Possess positive working attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Proactive in solving problems independently
