Responsibilities

* Manage Digitisation / Workflow / Exchange projects

* Key liaison officer between clients and internal business units

* Job scope encompasses consultation, negotiation & management

* Manage full project lifecycle from planning, execution, tracking and monitoring of SLA, review and reporting on project progress, project documentation & project P&L

* Provide project consultation and designing best practices for business workflow digitalization & document & data digitization

* Provide AI and ML consultation on data enrichment for new insights, workflow enhancements with more intelligence and B2B collaboration with better matching

* Accounts receivable oversight

* Provide pre-sales consultation

* Review “As-Is processes” and recommend “To-Be” processes to improve process effectiveness and efficiency for clients


Requirements

* Degree in IT/Computer Studies or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

* Preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in Software Development project management / corporate client services in a BPO service environment

* Experience in AI/ML implementation will be a plus point

* Familiar with Business Process Outsourcing implementation

* End to end project management experience for complex projects

* Demonstrates up selling sales experience to existing clients

* Experience with project consultation

* Experience with lean/sigma practices will be an added advantage

* Experience in contract negotiation will be an added advantage

* Positive attitude & is able to and comfortable at learning & picking up new knowledge & skills

* A team player with strong organizational and excellent communication skills

* Good interpersonal and analytical skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handling tough and difficult situations
