The Admin Assistant will work in a fluid and collaborative environment and support the sales team in their administrative work and after-sale admin. He/she is organised, able to multitask, able to work effectively and possesses good teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Creation of quotations, invoice, delivery orders as requested by clients, ensure follow-up.
- Assist in preparing Sales Order and other internal documents as required.
- Responsible for liaising with existing customers’ enquiries.
- Process packing list and commercial invoice (for forwarder). Coordinate shipments between logistics & client (coordinate with forwarder on export shipment to ensure smooth shipments)
- Support operations team by handling trade documentation
- Handling day to day paperwork and liaising with collaborated department, such as warehouse.
- Payment follow-up.
- Other tasks include booking & arranging travel, travel visa, transportation & accommodation for team members.
Requirements
- At least O or A level/College, Diploma.
- Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
