Primary responsibilities – Fundraising Management
· To conceptualise, develop, implement , monitor and evaluate fundraising initiatives and strategies
· To manage and execute fundraising projects with budget and schedule
· To raise funds by sourcing for sponsorships and donations from individuals and corporate
· To write proposals and appeal letters that could attract donors, including application for funding grants
· To prepare and give presentations to potential individual and corporate stakeholders
· To maintain and grow database of sponsors and donors to advance digital donations
· To develop and coordinate web-based fundraising and merchandise sales
· To ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements of the agency and Singapore law
Secondary responsibilities - Volunteer Management
· To conceptualise, develop, implement , monitor and evaluate volunteer programmes/events within budget, funding mechanism and timeliness.
· To match volunteers to organisation needs and volunteer interests.
· To develop effective strategies to recruit new volunteers, conduct screening, interview and orientation.
· To identify suitable and effective training platforms for volunteers and train staff on volunteer management.
· To plan and organise formal and informal engagement programmes for volunteers including annual volunteer appreciation event.
· To manage volunteer registration, resource allocation, duty roster and track participation.
· To supervise volunteers and manage their service quality.
· To raise the awareness of organisation volunteer programmes.
· To develop and maintain volunteer programme materials, such as application forms, policies and procedures, orientation handbook, etc.
· To manage volunteer communication collaterals, such as emails, EDM, event invitation, newsletter, etc.
Secondary responsibilities – Community Engagement via Communication
· To proactively interact with online communities across all platforms and using social media monitoring tools to monitor conversation and report on metrics
· To involve in planning, design and production of publicity materials
· To maintain and provide updates to Corporate websites and social media platforms.
· To manage all public and media relations and corporate communications functions which include social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, newsletter, press release, etc.
· To provide support and conduct presentation to promote the services and programmes of organisation
· To network with stakeholders, community partners, social and welfare service agencies
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
Other Requirements

- Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in community partnership and fundraising in social service agencies/IPC charities preferred
