JOB SCOPE
- Oversee workshop activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Manage budget and P&L for cost centre.
- Schedule and monitor jobs to meet contractual requirements
- Ensure timely maintenance and calibration of plant equipment.
- Optimize manpower deployment based on workload reviews.
- Develop training plans based on individual proficiency matrices.
- Create succession plans for critical personnel.
- Identify Continuous Improvement projects to enhance Safety, Quality, and Process workflows.
- Foster a disciplined and committed team environment.
- Establish and track KPIs for team members.
- Collaborate with other Managers to improve Ops costs, quality, and turnaround time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience in component repair and overhaul operations.
- Previous leadership experience managing large teams.
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
- Effective team player with the ability to lead independent initiatives as needed.
