This position reports to the Director and oversees the daily operations and overall functioning of the outlet dedicated to promoting holistic health and well-being. The responsibilities include managing staff, handle customer services over the counter and on the phone inquiries, sales of packages to the customers, ensuring the facility meets health and safety standards, developing marketing strategies to attract clients, handling administrative tasks such as appointment fixing, and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for clients.

2. To be able to schedule appointments and walk ins
3. Handle any queries customer has and be able to handle any complaints and grievances that customer has
4. To be able to build rapport with customer ensuring customer comes back
5. To handle any operational tasks such as upkeep of storefront
6. To handle employees on the floor ensuring everyone is working efficiently
