Work Days: Monday - Friday, office hours
Contract: 3 months
• Project management and coordination
• Data entry, data cleansing
• Preparing reports; submission
• Answering phone calls, coordination of meetings
• Provide administrative support to the department
Requirements:
• Singaporean
• At least a Diploma holder in any field
• Good written and spoken English
• Microsoft Office skills in Excel, knowledge in other data tool
• Responsible, Meticulous
• Have good learning attitude and able to work under fast pace environment
