Caldecott
· Provide triage and referral support for MCP (Mandatory Counselling Programme) cases which includes:
· Administer assessment tool (Violence Risk Triage) to ascertain risk level
· Right site and refer cases to MCP agencies for intervention
· Provide consultation to MCP agencies such as the Family Service Centres, Protection Specialist Centres, Social Service Agencies
· Respond to enquiries and feedback on MCP
· Undertake administrative closure of MCP cases on data system (i.e. Enterprise Customer Relationship Management)
· Participate in reviews and operational processes to improved effectiveness and efficiency of program delivery
