- Ensure full compliance with health codes and sanitation standards.
- Create a safe environment for customers and staff.
Team Development:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new employees.
- Provide ongoing training to uphold service standards.
Resource Management:
- Monitor workstations to ensure they are well-maintained and fully staffed.
