Sales Account Executive (IT Business Solutions)


Basic Salary -depend experience+ Commision

Working location – Bukit Merah Central

Working Hours –5 days, 9.00am-6.00pm



Job Scope

  •  Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  •  Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
  •  Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  •  Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  •  Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.
  •  Negotiating contracts, the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  •  Establish sales objectives through effective forecasting.
  •  Providing support, information, and guidance to customers.
  •  Set sales forecast, reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  •  Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
  •  Team player and able to work under fast-paced environment.
  •  Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.
  •  Collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development to ensure customer needs are met.
  •  Up-keep of customers and partners/supplier’s database – updating where necessary.
  •  Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report as directed by the respective sales manager.
  •  Ensure all customers are handled in customer-oriented manner.

  •  Strong technical knowledge of IT industry and its products and services
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  •  Ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
  •  Matured, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  •  Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
  •  Highly Self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  •  Meticulous, detailed, resourceful and result oriented.
  •  To work with high energy, self-responsibility and determination.
  •  Be cost consciousness, positive and enthusiastic.
  •  Be confident yet reassuring manner with clients always.
  •  Be well-organized skill and persistence in completing tasks on time.
  •  Be pleasant and highly customer oriented.
  •  Be conscious and sensitive to business practices.
  •  Be practical and realistic: Responds quickly to customers and demonstrates efficiency.
  •  Good presentation skills and time management.

Qualifications


  •  Minimum 2-3 years relevant sales experience
  •  Must possess at least GCE "O" / "A" / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
  •  Candidates without sales experience but with 2-3 years Project coordination experience will also be considered
