Responsibilities
- Support Human Resource functions ranging from Contract extension, Retirement, Re-employment, payroll and claims matters
- Ensure HR processes are optimised and carried out in compliance with policies and service standards
- Review and support the enhancement of HR processes and providing HR data insights
- Attend to HR related requests or queries from external and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in HR
- Proficient in MS office tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
