Job Description
- Assist daily operations of kitchen / front.
- Assist in food preparation according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Assist in customer service and service duties.
- Assist in dishwashing, clearing of tables.
- Clean kitchen, maintain kitchen orderliness.
- Assist in general cleanliness and upkeep of café.
- Ensure consistent and quality F&B for every F&B served
- Providing highest quality standard in customer service and 5S housekeeping
- Work as a TEAM (Together Everyone Achieve More)
- Troubleshoot appliances/equipment at kitchen
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, food sanitation and SFA food hygiene practices
- Perform any other tasks as required by Management
- Assist and report stock inventory to Senior Chef / Head Chef / Operation Manager
Requirements
- Preferably 1 year kitchen experience
- No experience candidates willing to learn from training
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts
- Disciplined and hardworking
