As a sales manager, you will develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and achieve revenue targets, driving our growth and market presence in Singapore.


What you’ll do


1. Sales Strategy

  • Understand the product, than work together with current team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share in Singapore.
  • Identify key market segments, target customers, and competitive landscapes to tailor sales strategies accordingly

2. Lead Generation and Conversion

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, participation in industry events and trade shows.
  • Onboard and qualify leads, manage sales pipelines, and convert prospects into long-term customers through effective sales techniques.

3. Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to educate customers about our vertical farmed greens.

4. Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Business Development, Operations, and R&D to align sales strategies with product development, marketing campaigns, and operational capabilities.
  • Provide feedback from the market to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.

5. Sales Reporting and Analysis

  • Track sales activities using Business Central.
  • Analyse sales data to identify opportunities, challenges and areas for improvement, providing regular reports to management.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other fields.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in F&B.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sales Analytics tools, Business Central or similar, and any CRM software.
