Job role highlights
a. Operate a 44 seater halal certified cafe, from front of house to back of house operations.
b. Manage a team of about 5 full-timers and 5 part-timers including weekly scheduling and on the job training. Ensure daily and monthly sales targets are achieved.
c. Handle daily procurement of ingredients for cafe, daily accounting and general cleanliness of cafe.
d. Strategize marketing promotions with marketing team to increase sales of cafe.
e. Maintain good customer service experience.
f. 5 day work week, 2 off days on weekdays.
g. Open to individuals with at least 3 years work experience. Also open to returning to workforce candidates or mid career switchers with a strong interest in food/retail.
