Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations:Ensure flawless execution of daily operations, from opening to closing procedures.
Efficiently manage order processing.
Maintain table setup and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Cashiering:Handle basic cashiering tasks with efficiency.
- Service Standards:Uphold the service standards set by the Food and Beverage department.
- Guest Relations:Address guest complaints effectively.
Escalate issues to the immediate supervisor when necessary.
- Post-service Cleanliness:Maintain cleanliness standards within the designated section after service.
- Team Collaboration:Collaborate closely with stewards, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Enhance guest satisfaction through effective teamwork.
- Additional Duties:Perform other duties as assigned by the outlet manager.
