Job Description:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of building fire protection systems, ensuring all equipment is functional and in good working order.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national fire codes and safety requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance.
- Conduct daily checks on fire protection system installations, identifying any discrepancies and ensuring proper installation and functionality.
- Collaborate with other construction and maintenance teams to ensure that fire safety requirements are integrated into their work processes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of fire protection systems and security operations, providing expertise and guidance to other departments as needed.
- Prepare and submit permits to work, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained for fire-related work on-site.
- Assist the operation and construction team on site activities related to fire protection and security systems. Ensure safe practices are followed during construction or maintenance work.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned, providing additional support to the fire safety team or other departments as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in building / facilities or related field
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in related field
- Possess FSM Certificate
- Able to start immediately or in short notice
