We are representing our client, a leading Systems Integrator (SI) specializing in ERP solutions, in their search for talented individuals to join their team. Multiple positions are available, ranging from Senior Manager to Manager to Senior Consultant roles, depending on demonstrated expertise and experience. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in delivering SAP implementations across various industries, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in diverse customer engagements across industries, focusing on SAP implementations.
- Deliver projects in alignment with internal financial, operational, and contractual targets.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to budget constraints.
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses and develop comprehensive business plans.
- Evaluate and adapt to external and internal business environment changes, ensuring project scope remains aligned with objectives.
- Assess project plans for dependencies, gaps, and ongoing business value, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
- Manage project compliance requirements, changes, issues, risks, and backlog, driving efficient project closure.
- Facilitate discussions, problem-solving, and conflict resolution to ensure smooth project progression.
- Oversee project budget, work allocations, manpower, and resource needs, optimizing team efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification, with additional qualifications in computer science, accountancy, or business administration being advantageous.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge, preferably in SAP and related IT technologies such as web services, interfaces, database technologies, and infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and solutioning skills.
- Proficiency in project management, encompassing scope management, risk management, stakeholder management, and project communications.
- Extensive integration working experience with other SAP modules.
- Diverse industry experience within Singapore.
- Hands-on involvement in at least two end-to-end implementations.
- Robust business acumen and ability to engage effectively with business users.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a strong interpersonal aptitude.
- Ability to work independently, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
- Related professional or technical qualifications would be advantageous, with experience in SAP S/4 HANA highly desirable.
