Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers
- Prepare a target of key accounts and effectively establish Air products/ services on focused trade lanes.
- Weekly sales calls, follow up on all air sales leads.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to Freight Forwarding Sales leader.
- Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs
- Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
- Ensure Personal sales targets and KPI are met
- Provide rate quotes to customers and potential customers
- 50% hunter , 50% farming for Air Freight.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- At least 2 to 3 years in International Air Cargo / Freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent in Sales and marketing
- Strong customer service, effective communication/presentation skills and good business analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
