Project Manager - Payments and Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in payments and banking to lead and oversee our projects in this domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. They will also be responsible for effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

1. Lead the planning and implementation of projects related to payments and banking, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
3. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
4. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
5. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
6. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
7. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
8. Track project milestones and deliverables.
9. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
10. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
11. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
12. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
13. Conduct project postmortems and create recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
14. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

1. At least 5+ years of experience in project management in the payments and banking sector.
2. Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
3. Proficient in project management software tools.
4. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of banking and payments regulations and compliance requirements.
7. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
