- Position Title: Accountant
- Working Location: Sixth Avenue (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of full set accounts
- Booking all entries into SAGE ACCPAC accounting system.
- Sending bulk billing from SAGE ACCPAC accounting system.
- Oversee collection of payments.
- Responsible for processing of staff claims and payments.
- Processing of Payments through internet banking.
- Preparation of GST submission.
- Develop and implement accounting systems, procedures, and internal control.
- Liaise with external auditors on all audit matters, and co-ordinate all functional responses to audit reports including follow-up on all outstanding issues.

- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience relevant experience
- Proficient in SAGE ACCPAC accounting software and Microsoft Excel
