Job Description:
You will advise our clients and apply digital technologies and implementation methodologies in driving customer transformation through a disciplined approach, which enables continuous evolution, innovation and operation of their customer facing digital platforms & solutions.
· Network: Be a trusted advisor to clients in the marketing technology domain and built lasting business relationships with their sponsors and leadership.
· Projects: Manages the delivery of large, complex marketing technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
· Clients: You will organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process as well as contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies including creative deal constructs to include IT /Business Operations.
· Commercial: Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost in delivery.
· Leadership: You will provide input and guidance into the staffing process, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities as well as provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
· Development: You will lead firm initiatives in building tools, accelerators & pre-configured solutions, support in people development activities such as training, upskilling, certifications, etc
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant technology, business, or marketing discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in digital marketing and marketing technology.
- Has experience leading enterprise martech implementation project such as CMS, DMP, CDP, ecommerce, loyalty, etc.
- Has worked with technology ecosystem partners such as Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, AWS, Google, Azure, etc.
- Understands requirements for and is able to lead team to design multi-stack solutions for clients
- Commercial, Deal Shaping and Contracting acumen.
- Proven ability in creating and articulating a compelling and differentiated client value proposition.
- High energy level, decisiveness and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
- Experience in building and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
