As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and developing strategic compensation and benefits policies to ensure the company's continued competitiveness in the dynamic luxury retail industry.
The Opportunity:
- 1 year Contract role (Maternity Cover)
- Work location: Central
- Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
- Up to $10,000
The Role:
- Collaborate with Total Reward team on salary benchmark and make recommendations based on business's needs
- Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities and make recommendations
- Prepare and manage human capital, personnel cost plans, budgets, analysis, and control.
- Drive the annual salary and bonus review process.
Experience
- Bachelor degree
- 8 - 10 years of experience as regional C&B role
- Strong reasoning and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
