Job Description:
- Lead team and consultants in implementation of local private and public projects.
- Direct design development towards architectural intent.
- Fulfil client and authorities’ requirements.
- Able to plan and deliver work by datelines
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree in Architecture
- Recognised local or overseas University.
- Minimum 5 years and above experience
- Good in design/client engagement and project management
- Preferred familiarity with industrial projects
- Good knowledge of local authority by-laws, codes, and regulations
- Strong in contracts with technical and site experience
