Then come in and join our Singapore team as a Head of Project Management to lead the Project Management Team and be responsible for all In-vivo projects from Order to Cash within the defined time, budget, and specification to the satisfaction of customers. Suitable applicants with lesser experience may be considered for a Team Lead, PM role instead.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support
You will be responsible to lead the PM team and work closely with Sales Team to provide pre-sales support with the following scopes:
• Responsible for site assessments to evaluate the site suitability conforming to customers’ requirements and perform site risk assessments.
• You will be responsible for upfront insights of building/room lay-out and technical specifications to perform site planning and create a site preparation package for Sales/Customers’ consideration.
• You will create project timeline plans and work with Procurement team to provide cost estimates that considers customers’ needs.
Project Implementation
• You will ensure that assigned projects are implemented successfully within the planned timeline and cost.
• You will be the main interface during the project to customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure customers’ expectations are managed effectively.
• You will provide timely update on project details and milestone dates using in-house project management tools.
• You will ensure that all required materials, resources, and activities are ordered, planned, and executed on time and within budget.
• You will manage all project related sub-contractors/vendors including escalation topics.
• You will be responsible for conducting weekly reviews on on-going projects with relevant internal stakeholders.
• You will manage risks and cost to ensure that the project stays within budget and on time.
• You will organize the execution of actual installations and required user trainings.
• You will ensure customers’ acceptance and the signing of handover documents.
• You will proactively seek improvements in project cycle time and reduction of non-conformance cost.
Quality & Regulatory
• You will be responsible for projects related Quality and Regulatory requirements in accordance with Siemens Guidelines and Regulatory requirements.
• You will be responsible for reporting customers’ feedback according to applicable Quality Standard Policies and follow up/action on relevant assigned Quality training in a timely manner.
• You will be responsible to ensure Project Documents are filed and kept according to Quality and Internal Control requirements.
Finance
• You will work with Finance and Sales to perform annual Revenue Planning and monthly Revenue forecast that meets Revenue targets.
• You will ensure timely project commissioning to achieve Revenue & Billing forecast accuracies.

Your qualifications and experiences:
• You hold a successfully completed Degree in technical fields or relevant course of study.
• You have experience in Project Management
• You have at least 8 years of experience in the healthcare sector (candidates with Facility Management or Biomedical Engineering experience from Healthcare Institutes are welcome to apply)
• You have experience in healthcare processes.
• You have experience in site planning.
• You have experience in project management and leading diverse teams.
• You have working experience in a multi-cultural team, locally and multi-nationally.
Your personality and skills:
• You possess strong knowledge and experience with PM tools ie: MS project and autoCAD
• You possess advance project management methods, concerning duties and responsibilities.
• You demonstrate strong technical knowledge in medical imaging/diagnostic technology.
