Are you a skilled RF engineer with a passion for cutting-edge wireless communication technologies? PW Connect Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated RF Solution Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As an RF Solution Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing advanced RF solutions, leveraging your expertise in 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, along with specialized knowledge in RF passive component design.
Key Responsibilities:
- RF Solution Design: Develop tailored RF solutions for wireless networks, integrating 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. Design RF passive components with precision, ensuring alignment with client specifications and performance benchmarks.
- Network Optimization: Optimize existing wireless networks by analyzing RF components and suggesting improvements to enhance coverage, capacity, and overall performance. Conduct on-site surveys and RF analysis for optimization opportunities.
- Prototype Development: Lead the creation of RF passive component prototypes, overseeing rigorous testing and validation. Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to scale up successful prototypes for commercial deployment.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical consultation to clients and internal teams regarding RF solution designs and implementations. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and propose appropriate RF solutions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous documentation of RF solution designs, specifications, and testing procedures. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients, outlining the performance and capabilities of implemented RF solutions.
- Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, as well as RF passive component design techniques. Contribute to research and development projects aimed at enhancing RF solutions and exploring innovative technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Proficiency in 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, with specialized knowledge in RF passive component design.
- Hands-on experience with RF simulation tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead technical discussions.
