Job Description:
We are seeking a competent individual to take on the role of managing and maintaining SQL databases, preparing reports, and coordinating with stakeholders for the successful implementation of fibre optic projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in SQL scripting, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain databases, updating project progress and remarks as necessary.
- Script and prepare data for various reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness in reports.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports and presentations.
- Analyze prepared reports, presenting results and findings to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with inter-departmental stakeholders, escalating exception orders within the Operations department and monitoring project status until completion.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in an Engineering discipline, with relevant working experience preferred.
- Experience in SQL scripting and database management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of fibre optic networks is advantageous.
