(CENTRAL REGION) - Near Bishan / Marrymount MRT
Job Scope:
- Assist and prepare partial accounts for monthly closing, journal entries, schedules, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle high volume of AP/AR transactions, payment, and receipt.
- Monthly settlement includes reconciliation work.
- Weekly billings to foreign customer.
- Monitor bank daily transactions and record the transactions into the system.
- Prepare monthly accounting schedules and sales reports.
- Prepare accounting schedules, confirmation for audit purpose.
- Other Accounting and Amin roles and ad-hoc duties as assigned by FM.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Cert in Accountancy
- Familiar with Fixed assests
- At least 2 years' accounting experience.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have good time management.
- Good in reconciliation and analysis skills.
- Mature, diligent, ability to work under pressure and multi-task, to prioritise workload in meeting deadlines.
- High level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment, and a sense of urgency.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Excel
