General Administration Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence, including emails and letters, and organizing documents while maintaining filing systems.
- Updating databases, spreadsheets, and other systems with accurate information, ensuring records are kept up-to-date.
- Ordering and replenishing office supplies as needed.
- Maintaining both physical and electronic files, ensuring proper categorization, storage, and easy retrieval of documents.
- Assisting with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and maintaining budget records.
Inventory Management Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting inventory data into the system.
- Regularly monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and updating records to maintain accuracy.
- Assisting in processing purchase orders for new inventory, verifying details, and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting items for quality and accuracy, and reconciling received goods with purchase orders.
- Assisting in determining stock replenishment needs based on inventory levels and demand patterns, and coordinating restocking efforts with relevant departments or suppliers.
- Documenting inventory-related activities, including generating reports, recording stock movements, and maintaining comprehensive inventory records.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth inventory operations.
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
