Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and employee claims
- Administer employee leave and other benefits
- Submit employment income to IRAS including that of foreign workers
- Submit government-paid maternity and childcare leave claim, NS make-up pay claim etc.
- Handle performance management and compute annual increment and variable bonus as per instruction from Admin Manager and Top Management
- Assist Admin /HR Manager with the preparation of payroll budget
- Assist the Admin/HR Manager in implementing and developing good HR practices, policies and desired work culture and ensure that they are aligned with Company's objectives
- Handle company travel arrangements and expatriate administration issues
- Assist the Admin/HR Executive with the handling of general office administration including flight reservation, stationery, cleaning, gardening, security, company vehicles & handphones etc.
- Participate in government and industrial surveys
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in manufacturing industry
- Experience with time management and payroll systems
- Good knowledge and interpretation of the Employment Act
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
