We are looking for an energetic team player to join our growing organization with a keen eye for details and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

You will be a valued member of our Order Fulfilment department.


Responsibilities:

- General administrative duties including filing, general data entry and other administrative paperwork

- Attending to general customer enquiries

- Assist in invoice and delivery order generation, issuance of delivery pre-approval forms, mailing of all related documents

- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements:

- Minimum O/N Level, Higher Nitec or Diploma in any field or equivalent

- Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous but not a requirement

- On-the-job training will be provided

- Strong willingness to learn


Advantages:

- Required to be able to speak english and chinese to communicate with chinese speaking clients
