- Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm
- With 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Minimum O Level /Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and Clerical duties
- Handle phone calls, filing and general admin support
- Manage day to day office operations timely and efficiently
- Providing administrative by processing invoices, payments, and financial records related to accounts payable balances.
- To enter all accounting transactions timely and accurately (AP/AR) - accounting software
- Involve in Projects and coordinate company activities as and when required
- Monitoring of staff annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave etc.
- Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by office manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O Level / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines
