Accounts & Admin Assistant

  • With 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum O Level /Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and Clerical duties
  • Handle phone calls, filing and general admin support
  • Manage day to day office operations timely and efficiently
  • Providing administrative by processing invoices, payments, and financial records related to accounts payable balances.
  • To enter all accounting transactions timely and accurately (AP/AR) - accounting software
  • Involve in Projects and coordinate company activities as and when required
  • Monitoring of staff annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave etc.
  • Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by office manager

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines
