Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements related to Life Insurance operations.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
3. Lead requirements gathering sessions, document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
4. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
5. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
6. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process and post-implementation phase.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to Life Insurance and Insurance Agency Management systems.
Skills/Requirement
· Expertise in the Life Insurance domain and experience in Insurance Agency Management system implementation.
· The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating the successful implementation of our insurance agency management solutions for our clients.
