Job Description
· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
· Serve as the primary point of contact forproject, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
· Collaborate with projects and internal stakeholders to design innovative and effective ServiceNow solutions that address business challenges and drive value.
· Ensure that delivered solutions meet quality standards, adhere to best practices, and align with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
· Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent delays or escalations.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
