Unravel Carbon is an enterprise software for tracking and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, with a focus on helping companies decarbonise and develop strong climate change strategies. Our measurement platform specialises in Scope 3 emissions and with supply chains that extend into Asia-Pacific, with then supporting parts of the platform to provide data for climate related decision making and documenting climate risk disclosures. Our mission is to enable the participation of all companies, big and small, in the global fight against climate change. And we want to do it the 21st century way—autonomous, painless, and beautiful.

ABOUT THE ROLE
An experienced business development representative must be comfortable working responsively in a fast pace and changeable environment. Applying a mix of soft and hard skills to discover the key individuals to engage at the right level in target customer businesses and win commitment to a meeting. Must be passionate about climate-tech for a better future.
- Demonstrated track history in SAAS or similar B2B Enterprise in a BD capacity with demonstrable achievement of targets
- Demonstrated experience with outbound email campaigns and marketing automation tools.
- Detail-oriented, task-focused, and exceptionally results-oriented
- Willingness to learn, be self motivated, and thrive in uncertainty; in an early stage startup this is par for the course, be prepared to venture into unknown territory, collaborate and learn
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives in all geographies and territories/sectors (APAC and some global sectors across US and EU) to align email outreach with sector-specific strategies, enhancing relevance and engagement
- Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of AI tools for outbound email campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance, identifying key trends and areas for improvement to boost effectiveness..
- Create and develop relationships with prospects, responsible for organising and driving attendance to events/webinars and participating to relevant industry conferences.
REQUIRED SKILLS

- Skills / Exp with MS PowerPoint / Google Slides / HubSpot & other tech platforms as needed
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Tenacity; can push through objections to find novel and creative ways to connect with target enterprises
- A strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to make informed decisions that drive campaign success.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools and technologies in the outbound space
- Resilience as we try new approaches and tools - mistakes and failures are part of the process and bouncing back is crucial each time
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
