Responsibilities
•
Siebel CRM/UCM Install, configure, Patch Upgrade, Sizing of application servers, Performance Analysis and Tuning of Siebel servers/Application.
•
Install and configure Middleware fusion technologies BI Publisher & Quadient with Siebel LDAP/AD/DB security adapter setup & SSO configurations and enable SSL.
•
UCM application integration with EDQ tools.
•
Participating in design discussions to find the solutions and evaluate them according to the business value it provides.
•
Review the designs of other teams and give the suggestions to make it more efficient.
•
Conducting POCs on some of the industry latest Technology services to leverage to business.
•
Built the high available architecture for CRM/UCM & Supporting applications to sustain disasters/corruptions.
•
Reviewing Environment and upscaling as per organizational growth.
•
Application Container tuning, Gateway Zookeeper troubleshooting, and Data source reconfigure.
•
Unshipped Language setup and implementation Multilingual Custom AD/SSO.
•
Identifying and analyzing project complex/performance issues and fix.
•
Supporting MIM/P0/P1 incidents and identifying Pro-active mechanism to fix issues permanently and collaborate with team on solution implementation.
•
Raising Service Requests with Oracle Support and liaising with them for any product defects/bug
•
Incident management, Driving PRB and coordinating with stakeholder until closure.
•
Auditing day-day activities and identifying scope for automation and implementing to minimize manual efforts.
•
Preparing SOP’s for Siebel Administration Activities and documenting RCA DR UAT/PROD support with Admins activities and preparing best practices from issues/success stories.
•
Standardized job tasks and trained L1 &L2 team members on industry best practices and standards.
•
CMMC documentation and POA&M preparation and remedial activities.
•
Addressing security vulnerabilities and making sure systems are risk free.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 10+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 4 years as a Siebel Server administrator.
• 2 years with Quadient & MDM tools administration.
• Strong solving skills for performance issues in Siebel and BI.
• Excellent knowledge of Linux and Bash scripting.
• Intermediate experience on Python with 3 years of experience
• Intermediate knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, k8s, and Docker.
• Proven experience with Siebel Server architecture discussions.
• Experience with application installations, upgrades, and migrations within virtualized environments.
• Validated understanding of disaster recovery & backup strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to efficiently collaborate with team members and customers.
• Meticulous with extensive integration and server-side administration experience.
• Experience integrating cloud and on-premise applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distributed team environment with minimal direction.
• Flexible to work as per the requirements of Global Organization
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge on other CRM applications like SFDC, ServiceNow along with Siebel.
• Knowledge of cloud-based architecture platforms (e.g., AWS,GCP).
• Experience with other programming languages such as Java, React, Javascript.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and analytics techniques.
• Intermediate experience on Python with 3 years of experience
• Intermediate knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, k8s, and Docker.
