Our client is a Global MNC company in the Supply Chain industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Sales team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the receiving/processing of company’s account orders and inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain the necessary updated records and pricing document
- Handle the company’s online orders, as well as adjustments on online item pricing
- Identify suitable suppliers to fulfil the company’s spot buy requirements
- Coordinate with external logistics vendors on the necessary matters while optimizing costs
- Update/Maintain customer order information in the company’s system
- Generate reports for the various company stakeholders when tasked
- Ensure the timely processing of company’s billings to facilitate smooth accounts receivable
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Customer Service/Order Processing experience
- Experienced/Knowledgeable in SAP or ERP system
